BAKED GOODS SHIPPING POLICY

 Our perishable items  are shipped  Monday-Wednesday, and your bakes goods will be prepared  & shipped within 24 hours of ordering.  Orders placed afterwards will be freshly prepared and shipped the following Monday or the first non-holiday weekday. This policy helps reduce the probability of having your cookies sit in a transport trailer over the weekend.  

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

The correct address is VERY important. Please check the address carefully to ensure timely delivery. Street addresses are required by most package delivery companies. Only the Post Office will deliver to PO Box #’s. We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to bad addresses.
 
If shipping to dorm rooms, hospitals, assisted living facilities, etc… it is the responsibility of the receiving department at the facility to deliver the package. This may result in delayed delivery to the recipient since most departments do not guarantee a specific delivery time.
 

Delivery dates can be affected by bad weather conditions, labor disputes out of our control, the transportation company, etc.
